U.S. Based On-Site State-Certified Court Interpreters
*Requirements*
- Certification: Must be Court certified to work in the relevant State.
- Experience: 3 years of Previous experience in court interpretation is preferred.
- Skills: Excellent language proficiency in English and the target language. Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures.
- Technology: Proficient in using courtroom and office equipment, including audio systems, microphones, and legal documentation software, to facilitate accurate on-site interpretation services.
- Location: Must be physically located and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Scope of work:
The on-site state-certified court interpreter will provide accurate and impartial interpretation services during legal proceedings, including but not limited to trials, hearings, depositions, and client-attorney meetings. The interpreter will ensure that non-English-speaking individuals fully understand and participate in the process by converting spoken or written communication between English and the target language while maintaining confidentiality and impartiality. Adherence to ethical standards, timely arrival for assignments, and proficiency in legal terminology are essential. All services must comply with state certification requirements and court protocols.
